The staff were friendly. The beds were uncomfortable. The carpet was stained and/or dirty. The only items in the room that were manufactured after 1990 were the tv and the low flush toilet. If the stay here had been much cheaper, I wouldn't have complained. But $100/night for a 2- double bed room in this kind of condition was ridiculous.
Great place to stay for cheap, owner was very friendly and the beds were quite clean. Room was dated within reason except the shower which looked brand new and is super spacious! (shower head was dated but functional). The building was super quiet at night too. My only complaint about my stay was that the mattresses were rather shallow so don't try falling, jumping or getting up too quickly on them. They weren't shallow enough to impact my sleep though. I'd recommend this place to anyone who is willing to give up some cosmetics for a low price.
Well it is what it is for the price. It will do in a pinch. It is dated and I am OK with dated and old if it is clean and this was not. The bedding is clean though. There are no microwaves in room, just one main one in the hall for everyone and it is old and filthy. No coffee maker in room and no breakfast included just in case you were expecting that. The carpet and chairs need replacement or cleaning. There are a couple smoking rooms and the smell can permeate into the hall. Old air conditioner super loud but works. Overall smell of chemical cover up. WiFi is good.
Went to Jimmy's for lunch. Had their homemade bacon cheese burger. It was excellent.
Very clean and friendly. Stopped as it was getting late, we don't like to ride our motorcycles close to it getting dark out. Never have stopped in maple creek before but would definitely stop to stay there again. Would very highly recommend to everyone.
