Awesome place. You can get fresh sandwiches and baking( try the saskatoon cinnamon bun). Jams, tee shirts, curios, sweaters made from alpaca. The outdoor gardens with goats, chickens, donkeys, etc are gorgeous. We spent an hour looking through. Don't miss this stop.

Cafe looks nice. Seems to be like a lot of places around here... cash only. Gardens are ok. Animals well looked after. Seems a good place for a quick stop.Sorry for the confusion about cash only. I saw a sign and made an assumption.

Peaceful place to relax that is run by a wonderful family. The log-built guest house and wood structures around are amazing. My kid had a great time with goats and enjoyed ice cream on a sunny hot day. I hope to stop by here for a lunch in the near future.

We stopped in for lunch while exploring the area. Great place! Limited menu but very good food. Gift shop, small petting zoo for the kiddos, lovely garden area. Sit inside in the AC or out on the veranda. Lots of parking in a gravel lot. I'll be stopping again for sure!

Went to Fort Walsh and decided to stop at Grotto Gardens afterwards. Was expecting many more flowers, given the name, and was disappointed to only see a few arrangements. The gift shop all being handmade items was fairly expensive, in comparison to going to handmade markets and local owners of handmade good stores. We decided to stay for a beer and try Cypress Hills Cherry Wine (which we ended up going to a local liquor store to purchase after), we also sampled cheesecake and a goat horn that lacked Saskatoon berry flavouring in the whipped cream (which was advertised). Nonetheless, the desserts were quite good! The staff were very friendly but also fairly slow. The animals werent moving a lot (probably because of this nasty heat). It would have been nice to interact more with the animals but there was no staff nearby and was unsure of what the rules were. Overall it was a good stop but there is always room for improvement!
